GC-01 Galaxy Convoy
this may very well be the best ever Convoy incarnation yet..only losing out slightly to the 20th Anniversary Masterpiece MP-01 Convoy due to the fact that MP-01 belongs in the Masterpiece line..whereas GC-01 is part of the Galaxy Force toyline thats available every-frickin-where..
nevertheless...the Galaxy Force series has yet to disappoint me..production values are way up and make even more recent lines like Armada look like shit..i swear if they used such toy mechanics technology on the orginal G1 toys from 2 decades ago..an original Optimus Prime would cost as much as a real trailer now..

after relentlessly scouting various outlets comparing prices and cursing greedy shopowners who hike their prices up to unbelievable levels..i now have in my custody the newest addition of my mini Transformers family..

time to go ikea..

Konami is set to release a new fighter titled "DREAMMIX TV WORLD FIGHTERS" for the PS2 sometime this year..
big deal..games get released all the time..
but how many allow you to play as either Optimus Prime or Megatron??
aha..not many i figure..
the game itself looks pretty shitty at a glance so its probably safe to assume its gonna play pretty crappy too considering the low production values..
but hey..its Transformers..and anything Transformers is worth at least getting the RM5.00 copy..

why buy when you can steal..?
..but girls are just plain retarded..
the culprit who stole my brother's 6250 a few days ago has been caught..apparently the teacher had a lead on who was the cheap little whore..and that my brother's phone wasn't the only thing that got pilfered..
the shocking part..? the damn thief was a fucking girl...
i for one am glad my brother's gonna get his phone back since its rare stolen stuff ever resurfaces again..which makes me contemplate the common sense of the silly bitch..days after she successfully stole a horde of shit without getting suspected..and suddenly a few days later she somehow manages to incriminate herself..
too bad for her..my parents already made a police report so if the teacher decides to expose her poor cheap ass..into the clink she goes..unless she's below 16..
stealing isn't a bad thing in itself but one shouldn't cross the line and steal stuff from the wrong people..who the hell feels good stealing from some innocent victim..?? unlike myself..my brother's extremely reserved and a pacifist who avoids trouble..only bloody assholes would steal from someone like that..
'Why Buy When You Can Steal' is a good way to principle one's life but somewhere down the road the line has to be drawn..you can't just steal shit from anyone unfortunate enough to be in the vicinity..that's what enemies and assholes are for..use your thieving expertise to prey on these bitches to teach em' a lesson for pissing you off..

hobbies are frickin' expensive time wasters...
gah..transforming the Binaltechs isn't as easy as one would imagine..i take my hat off to Takara for being able to figure out new ways to fit all the parts into a sleek looking car model..
5 have been taken out so far..Laserwave, Overdrive, Ravage, Swindle and Grimlock..
being the eccentric collector..i boldy attempted to transform them all without taking the instructions out..not that it actually mattered since the actual instructions were messed up jumbles of garbagethat are impossible to follow..
all have successfully been transformed less Grimlock cuz his bloody arms are pratically impossible to fold out..even after i dislodged his arm to allow for more manoeuvering space the arm joint refused to budge out into the correct position..2 hours of futile attempts later i just gave up and threw him back into the display in vehicle mode...
i also take my hat off to MARKSPROJECTS for his admirable work on custom Transformers..just check out his homemade Masterpiece Ultra Magnus and salivate away...while pirates released an authentic Masterpiece trailer to complement the original MP Convoy..the genius made his own custom trailer that was true to the G1 original with added lighting and sound effects..frickin' awesome stuff..
RPGamer has also published my very first editorial for them..years after I wrote a FFVII review for some unnamed website that's probably gone offline long ago under the handle 'Sephiroth'..check it out..

i heard from my baby last night that our fren Winson's dad passed away..
its smack in the middle of the exams and couldn't have come at a worst time..
the cause was sudden illness..
it made me reflect on what happened last year when my own dad got hospitalized for a badly infected shoulder..he was fine the day before and suddenly the pain was so bad he almost fell unconscious multiple times..and yet physically he looked fine..specialists couldn't even deduce what was wrong with him after a week in hospital..
life sucks in this way..when anything can happen at any time without any warning..
its amazing how all of us don't even think that we're alive while we go about doing our daily stuff..and only when something happens do we realise the value of life..
we need to slow down and reflect on things that we take for granted..

its sometimes better to let go than hold on..
major domo things to report...
after storing my collection of TF Binaltechs for over half a year..i've finally decided to take them out of their sealed boxes for display..a decision that weighed heavily on my shoulders before last night..
i always thought that keeping the BTs & MPs MISB would one day boost their market value and there's no doubt that in a decade or so..a sealed Binaltech or Masterpiece would fetch 'ass raping' prices on ebay and the like..but then i think to myself even if the prices for these toys rocketed..would i sell em'??
everyone knows i'm on a big TF kick and i'm damn hell unashamed to admit i bloody love those transforming robots to death..so why would i sell the awesome looking Binaltechs/Masterpieces for profit?? i sure as hell want them for myself so why piss myself off by keeping them in their sealed boxes when i could just take em' out and showcase their frickin' awesome transformations?
it also occured to me that there're a billion lame asses who buy MULTIPLE sets of the toys to keep one set for themselves and sell the rest at prices high enough to buy a real vehicle..i can't afford to do shit like that..buying the original set continuously is already setting me back thousands..so i've decided not to torture myself anymore and take out all them awesome Binaltechs and Masterpieces for display...pics 2 follow soon..
yes pointless rant on stuff nobody gives a shit about..that's life in singapore methinks..no one gives a crap about niche products..
