my faithful tecra has since committed virtual suicide so its time to consider getting a PC...but no ordinary pc mind you...nothing as mundane as the latest pentium gabillion with graphic cards that put the as of yet unreleased playstation3 to shame...its time for a macintosh!(but i need to justify to myself why first)who the hell plays games on a PC anyway...? counterstruck is for chumps and woecraft is an excuse poor people use when they can't afford to invest in a real gaming platform real games...seriously..how many FPS (read: fucking piece of shit) and kommand and konquers do we need...i prolly won't have any use for all those weird foreign programs us engineers are forced to learn in order to do horseass things like simulations and drawings...its not like my future jobs' gonna require anything remotely related to what's-it-called-again-oh-yah-engineering..hmm....i think i'll still need MSOffice in the future tho'....but no issue there...last i heard there's actually an OFFICIAL microsoft endorsed MSOffice for the mac...no shit...so i guess no worries there..i'll still be able to format all those resignation letters...so what's REALLY important for a personal computer...?- net surfing- media player- msn- good aesthetics- cd/dvd burning capabilitiesthem slugturds who make claims that their laptops are crucial academic items will be kicked in the mouth repeatedly...our institutes of lower learning are all equipped with the necessary equipment to ensure all students have access to whatever academic programs they may require...and its all FREE...but i'll leave the pothead bashings to another post...and yeah big tits rule!!! find me a guy who prefers a chick with a meatless chest and chances are he doesn't exist period... gawd i just love off-tangentism!!!so off to the mac-market we a-go...to bring home the most expensive media enhanced paperweight of my entire life...i pity da foo who believes that his/her mac is an actual useful tool instead of a really chio display piece..on a side note...i'll be keeping my tecra handy too which'll be used for any actual work i may be required to do in the future...you can bet your panties that SolidWorks, Matlab, Ansys, ProE, Unix, Endnote, Autocad etc will work fine with the trusty toshiba....all except media player...oh well...don't mix work and play together...
GOT SOMETHING TO SAY??
